🩶 Refund & Exchange Policy

At Vervemenu, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable.
If something doesn’t work out, our return process is designed to be simple and clear.


Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days from the date your parcel is delivered,
or as required by local law — whichever offers a longer period.
Items from the same order can be returned together, based on their delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged or used may be subject to a 10% restocking fee or more, depending on condition.
  • We are unable to accept returns for customized products, sale items, gift cards,
    or any items without prior return approval.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at vervemenu.w@gmail.com within the valid return period.
Once your request is confirmed, we’ll provide instructions and a suitable return address.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If a return is sent freight collect, the amount will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
